Seven Pounds (2008)
When Will Smith acts, Mike and Jeanne Listen;
Seven Pounds has been described as relentlessly depressing, and that isn’t a completely unfair statement. This is not a comedy, or even your standard drama. Seven Pounds takes your emotions, and shows you just how powerful a movie can be. To call it relentlessly depressing is a bit of an overstatement to us, but be ready, good movies don’t all come in happy packages.
We also cover the new DVD releases, next weeks review, the box office standing for this past weekend, and of course, Mike and Jeanne Movie Bits giveaway.
