Paul Blart Mall Cop, movie review
Sunday, March 8, 2009
Paul Blart Mall Cop. When you can’t attain your dream, sometimes you just have to give what you have. Paul Blart Mall Cop pokes fun and lifts up security guards and their role in this world. Perhaps we all take them for granted, make light of the position they hold. I hope that this movie doesn’t lead to any further degridation on the part of those who work these thankless jobs.
Lets not forget that Richard Jewel was a Security Guard, and he was poked fun at, and harassed for his trouble, and ripped apart by the media. In the end, it turned out he was a hero. He was cleared of any and all charges in the Olympic Park bombing, and it was determined his actions saved dozens of lives….but I bet you never heard of the Hero Richard Jewel, you only heard of the scape-goat.
We also cover the new DVD releases, next weeks review, the box office standing for this past weekend, and of course, Mike and Jeanne Movie Bits giveaway.
