So there you are…it may be what feels like the most important moment in your life, at least for this week.  Your a little nervous, and rightly so…this is big.  You concentrate, you know you only have one chance to make that good first impression.  The last thing you want to do is blurt out some inappropriate comment, or worse an insult.  Your mind races with all the things you must do, your starting to sweat…and then it happens, the very thing you told yourself not to say leaps out of your mouth as you stand there like some disassociated dummy, with a look on your face that makes it clear, your as shocked by what you just said as everyone else...yet you said it!
